SHIPPING

Applies to all shipments:

All orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days unless otherwise noted. Sometimes we get behind when there is a large volume of orders, especially during the holidays. If your order has not shipped within 5 business days, please contact us at support@hotsytotsyhaus.com

We usually ship orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays. 

You will receive an order confirmation email containing a USPS or UPS tracking number. If you don't see a confirmation email after placing your order, please check your Junk/Spam folder. Once your order has shipped, please use USPS Tracking and tracking number provided to monitor the delivery status.

If we are out stock of an item you have ordered you will be refunded that item as soon as your order is ready to ship. 

Returns

Due to the nature of our products we do not offer returns, however if there are any issues with your order, we will make it right. Please email support@hotsytotsyhaus.com  within 2 days of receiving your order. This is a deaf-owned business, so please understand that email or chat is the best form of communication for us. Please reach out to us before leaving a review, we will try to fix any issues you have. Please make sure to read the full product description before placing an order. Please photograph any and all damage to products and packaging, and send those along with your email. We believe customer service is as important as the quality of our products.
